This guarantee is exclusive and in lieu of all other obligations liabilities or warranties. In no event shall Blinds 2go be liable or responsible for incidental or consequential damages of for any other direct or indirect damage, loss, cost, expense or fee. This guarantee does not affect the consumer's statutory rights under applicable national laws in force. We hope you'll agree that our guarantee is plain and simple. Complimentary on ALL orders.

Everybody’s human and we know measuring can seem a little daunting at first, that’s why our SureSize Measuring Guarantee is complimentary on all orders. This handy guarantee is here to protect you from any measuring mishaps - if you measure wrong we’ll replace your window covering with a new one, at the right size.

Measuring is easy - so easy in fact, you can only get it right!

How to claim your replacement

All you have to do is drop us an email to let us know you need to make a claim. We'll just need your order number, the details of the blind or curtains you need to replace, and your new measurements. The team will then get in touch with you ASAP to finalise the replacement order. Easy.

The sensible small print

Here at Blinds 2go, we like to keep things simple, and we’ve stuck to that principle with the SureSize small print too. Here’s all you need to know:

• If you'd like to use your guarantee you just need to let us know within 14 days of receiving your window covering. You'll need to arrange for the order to be returned to us before we can process a replacement order, so please keep all the original packaging so you can safely wrap it back up for transit.
• Our guarantee is designed to cover mismeasurements only, so the replacement window covering needs to be exactly the same as the original. We've got a great free sample service so you can check you are happy with the style before you buy.
• If the replacement window covering is smaller than the original there will be no refund, but if the window covering is bigger you will just need to pay the difference. We won't charge you for delivery of the replacement.
• SureSize is not offered on our Skylight Blinds or Outdoor Blinds as they are not made to measure. View our terms page for details on returns for these products.
• This guarantee is valid for UK households only.
• The guarantee covers your whole order but we'll only replace each window covering once, so you'll just need to make sure your second measurements are correct. We've got lots of guides to help you out and a friendly customer service team with loads of expertise if you have any questions.
