The most common reason this happens is a measurement entry issue.
Please double check that:
- Your measurements are entered in the correct units (cm, mm, or inches).
- You haven’t mixed units (for example, entering mm when cm is selected).
- There are no extra spaces, symbols, or decimal points.
- The width and drop are entered in the correct boxes.
Once corrected, try adding the blind to your basket again.
🔁 Step 2: Try Again After Re-Entering the Measurements
If you’ve made any changes, refresh the webpage and re-enter both measurements fully to make sure the update applies correctly.
