Measuring for made-to-measure blinds and curtains can feel a little daunting — even when you’ve double-checked everything. That’s exactly why we offer our SureSize Measuring Guarantee, to give you extra peace of mind when ordering.
If something doesn’t go quite to plan, we’ll help you put it right.
What is SureSize?
SureSize is an optional add-on you can select when placing your order.
If you make a mistake with your measurements, we’ll replace your item with one in the correct size — so you don’t have to start again.
How much does it cost?
- £9.95 for UK orders
- €9.95 for Irish orders
What does SureSize cover?
SureSize covers measuring mistakes made by the customer.
- If your measurements were incorrect, we’ll replace your item in the correct size
- If there’s an issue with how your product has been made, our customer care team will look into this separately
What products are covered?
SureSize applies to all made-to-measure blinds and curtains.
How do I make a claim?
If you need a replacement, just contact us within 14 days of receiving your order and provide:
- Your order number
- The item(s) you’d like to replace
- Your new, correct measurements (width and drop)
You can reply to your order confirmation email or contact us through our Support page.
Can I make other changes at the same time?
Yes — if you’d like to update anything else, just let us know when submitting your request. For example:
- Changing from recess to exact (or vice versa)
- Updating the control side/location
- Changing the lining or fabric option
We’ll always confirm any changes and let you know if there’s an additional cost before going ahead.
If your new blind is smaller than the original, you won’t pay more unless you’ve requested additional changes.
Do I need to send photos?
No — we don’t usually need photos.
We may ask for them if we need a bit more clarity, but in most cases this won’t be necessary.
Do I need to return the original item?
Not always.
We may ask you to return it, so please keep the item for 14 days after delivery.
If you don’t hear from us within that time, you can dispose of it as you wish.
Is there a limit to how many items are covered?
If you’ve added SureSize, it applies to the eligible items on your order.
Each item can be replaced once under the guarantee.
Will I need to pay anything?
- If your replacement is smaller, there’s nothing extra to pay
- If your replacement is larger, you’ll only pay the difference
- Delivery on replacements is free
What if I didn’t add SureSize?
If SureSize wasn’t added to your order, we’re not able to offer a replacement under this guarantee.
